Who needs a tutorial?  This could possibly be one of the most simplest things.  As a matter of fact, I will make a mini-tutorial right here!

1. Burn contents to a CD
2. Insert CD into CD drive, and boot your computer
3. Boot your computer from the CD
4. Enjoy your fun-filled Linux day! (More like an hour or so...  It gets boring... BACKTRACK FTW!)
